Terms and Conditions for "Place an Order" in www.galldo.com

A – Property Information & Order Details

Complete this form or call 833-425-5364. You must provide us with as much information as possible about the property to be surveyed so that we can provide the correct services. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information you provide, and we assume no liability arising from such inaccuracies.

You must also specify all requested services and provide any pertinent information outside the scope of our work for each order. Any information not provided in writing will not be assumed by us. Based on the type and size of the property, we will provide a price for the completed work.

All information collected through this form is secure. We use secure methods to store your information, and our website is protected with an SSL Security Certificate. We do not share personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or property addresses with third parties.

B – Payment & Invoice

Once you have accepted the quoted price and are satisfied with it, we will send you an invoice via email, including a Square payment link, so that payment for our services can be completed.

This step is very important because the First Step (D-1) of our process does not begin until payment has been successfully received and processed. All orders require payment prior to initiation.

C – Delivery Time

After completing the previous two steps (A and B), our estimated delivery time is approximately THREE (3) to FOUR (4) WEEKS after payment confirmation. In many cases, projects are completed sooner; however, delays may occur during the rainy season (May through July), holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We may also prioritize certain projects as “Rush Orders.” To request rush service, you must notify us by phone or specify it in the “Order Details” section. Additional fees may apply for rush orders.

D – Work Process

Our work process consists of four (4) Steps, which must be completed in the following order:

D-1 – Office Work

We perform a complete review of all available property information, including the Legal Description, Plats, Flood Zone information, and other pertinent records. Payment processing also occurs during this step.

D-2 – Field Work

Our field crew travels to the property location to perform the necessary topographic survey and related field measurements.

D-3 – Drawing Work

All information gathered during the previous steps is processed in the office, and a drafter prepares the survey drawing in accordance with applicable standards and requirements.

D-4 – Review & Delivery

The completed work is reviewed and signed by a Professional Land Surveyor before being finalized and delivered via email, mail, or both.

We will keep you informed at every step of the process via email so you can track your project's status.

E – Payments
Paying by Credit or Debit Card

All credit and debit card payments are processed through QuickBooks and are subject to QuickBooks’ own terms and conditions. We do not have access to your payment information submitted through QuickBooks. All payment information remains confidential between you and QuickBooks.

Paying by Check

Checks should be made payable to:

Galldo Group, Inc.
15815 Paddock Dr
Montverde, FL 34756

Once the order has been placed and the check has been received and cleared, we will proceed with the standard four-step process for your project. Please ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid delays.

Paying in Cash

If you prefer not to pay by credit card or check, we also accept cash payments. Once payment is received by one of our team members at the worksite, we will proceed with our standard four-step process.

F – Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are responsible for completing the work in a timely and professional manner. However, if you decide to cancel your order, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • If the project has not passed the First Step (D-1), a full refund will be issued.

  • If the project has entered the Second Step (D-2), fieldwork costs have already been incurred. In this case, a refund of 50% of the total project amount will be issued.

  • If the project has entered the Third Step (D-3), no refund will be issued, as the project is already in the stage immediately before completion.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email as soon as possible. We must maintain written documentation of all cancellations.

Projects cannot be canceled after the Third Step (D-3).

We will continue to keep you informed of your project status throughout the process via email.

G – Refund Policy

All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. If a refund to the original payment method is not possible due to technical limitations, account closure, or other legitimate reasons, the following alternative procedure will apply:

  • The client must provide a valid, government-issued photo ID, limited to a current and unexpired Passport or Driver’s License.

  • A certified check for the refund amount will be issued and mailed to the physical address shown on the provided identification, provided the address is located within the United States.

  • This alternative refund method is available only to clients with verifiable U.S. mailing addresses.

If the purchaser is a legal entity (such as a corporation, limited liability company, or partnership):

  • The certified check will be made payable to the legal entity and mailed to the official mailing address listed in publicly available government or regulatory records.

  • The individual requesting the refund on behalf of the entity must be identified in those records as an authorized representative, officer, or member of the entity.

  • The requesting individual must also provide a valid government-issued photo ID as described above.

H – Property Damage & Liability

Our company is fully licensed and insured, including General Liability Insurance coverage.

If one of our field crew members causes damage to your property or a neighboring property while performing work, you must notify our team via email or other electronic communication regarding the incident.

Galldo Group, Inc. and its members do not admit liability or responsibility without supporting evidence. All incidents are reviewed by management on a case-by-case basis.

If you have retained legal counsel, please do not contact us directly. Instead, have your legal representative communicate with our company via electronic communication.

Please note that surveyors operate under legal protections that may permit entry onto property when necessary to perform surveying services. Our crews make every effort to respect the privacy, property, and surrounding areas of all individuals involved while conducting our services.
